The Carolina East D-Star Network website is meant to be an informational hub focused on bringing D-STAR repeater connectivity and repeaters to eastern NC. Our goal is to serve the amateur radio community with reliable information and updates about the coming D-Star network and develop content creation using video and blogging platforms.  We will be a vital source to educate our amateur community on using D-STAR, the benefits and advantages of D-STAR, and the end-user equipment available to access the repeaters.
